Qualifications

Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted license in the State of Florida.

Minimum of five (5) years of home health leadership experience as a Clinical Manager and/or Director of Nursing is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Medicare-certified home health operations, Conditions of Participation, OASIS, plans of care, clinical documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience managing and supervising clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, therapists, and other clinical personnel.
- Proven experience with clinical operations, staffing, utilization management, quality assurance, survey readiness, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of home health billing readiness and the impact of clinical documentation, physician orders, authorizations, and other clinical requirements on reimbursement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve clinical and operational issues, and hold staff accountable for performance expectations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with electronic medical record systems required; Axxess Home Health experience preferred.
This is a senior clinical leadership position. Candidates without a minimum of five years of home health Clinical Manager and/or Director of Nursing experience will not meet the minimum qualifications for the role.
